Call for Papers

Prospective authors are invited to submit manuscripts reporting original unpublished research and recent developments in the topics related to the conference.

IEMECON Paper Categories

Number of pages is restricted to six. However, in exceptional cases the seventh page as extra may be considered, going by merit on a case-to-case basis as determined by the Technical Program Committee.

  • Regular Paper – 6 pages maximum (1 additional page allowed but at an extra charge to be paid during registration )
  • Short Paper (Work-in-Progress) – 5 pages maximum (2 additional page allowed but at an extra charge to be paid during registration)
  • Poster – 4 pages maximum

Regular papers should present novel perspectives within the general scope of the conference. Short papers (Work-in-Progress) are an opportunity to present preliminary or interim results. Posters are intended for ongoing research projects, concrete realizations, or industrial applications/projects presentations.
